When changing or rescheduling your reservation, we charge a €25 administration fee up to one month in advance. When cancelling a reservation based on the non-refundable rate, you always pay 100% of the reservation value. Reservations made using the refundable tariff can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days before arrival we will charge the following cancellation fees: 1. In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the arrival date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the hotel company. |
