Arrival - Our regular check-in time is till 17.00 hours. Tourist/City Tax - all our prices are excluding city tax for the city of Haarlem, current € 5,- per person per night, which can be paid during your stay. (2025 € 6,- pppn)

Conditions and cancellation policy B&B Hotel Malts. We follow the Uniform Conditions Horeca Nederland.

Standard reservation - you can cancel up to 24 hours before date of arrival, so up to and including 2 days before arrivaldate. For a late cancellation or no show we will charge the first night.

For Group reservations (more than 3 rooms) we have different conditions for cancellation. Special conditions rule before the general conditions.

Non Refundable reservation - payment of room price at reservation, there will be no refund in case of cancellation or modification. Tourism tax to be paid during your stay.

Deposit for early reservations during busy periods, we require a 50% deposit to be received 3 months prior to arrival. We will charge the given credit card, or alternativly send you a secure payment link for this. In case of timely cancellation of a standard B&B reservation, we will refund the deposit -/- payment costs.
