Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival date, no charge
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival date, 15% of total reservation
Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival date, 35% of the total reservation
Cancellations between 7 and 4 days before arrival date, 60% of the total reservation
Cancellations between 3 days and 1 day before arrival date, 85% of the total reservation
Cancellations on arrival date or no show 100% of the total reservation.

Parking:
For each studio we have one parking permit for the parking garage under the dunes. You can park for €6,00 per day or €35,00 per week (prices 2025).  Upon arrival in Katwijk, you can park directly in the parking garage, you take a card yourself and exchange it for our parking card. In the middle of the parking garage is an office, if you park near there, you will be at the nearest pedestrian exit. There is a staircase and elevator here, you just need to cross the street to our building. Parking ticket always returned at check out.

Extra information:

If the arrival time changes, please inform us. You can do this by phone or email. We ask the arrival time, because we do not have a reception and wait for our guests to arrive.

You will receive a bill for your stay and will pay for your parking ticket cash upon arrival.  If it is a last minute reservation, payment is on arrival. We do not accept bank bills of €200 and €500. We will inform you about this.

There are no additional costs for gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. The tourist tax is €2.50 per person, per night (2025).

The maximum capacity of the studio or apartment includes children and babies. It is not possible to stay in the room with extra people. No extra beds or baby cribs can be placed.

Our rooms are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are provided.
