The listed room rates are exclusive of 7% sales tax. The price does not include breakfast, we offer it if desired for $ 18 per person per night Payment: 50% of the total booking amount after reservation by bank transfer; the other 50% also by bank transfer no later than 30 days before the day of arrival. You will get an invoice by email, in Euro's or Dollars, depending in what country you reside. Cancellations before 60 days of arrival are free of charge. For cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival, we are obliged to charge 50% of the total accommodation costs. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival date, we are unfortunately forced to charge 100% of the total booking sum.
