Room reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date (local time) without charges being made. We kindly ask you to send your cancellation by e-mail or by fax. After this time we unfortunately have to charge you 100% cancellation fee of the whole reservation value. 5 rooms or more can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. 10 rooms or more is a groups reservation, here for the next policies cancellation policy o From now till 6 weeks before arrival no cancellation costs. o 6 weeks till 4 weeks before arrival 25 % from the reservation value. o 4 weeks till 14 days before arrival 50 % from the reservation value. o 14 days till 7 days before arrival 75 % from the reservation value. o 7 days or less before arrival 100 % from the reservation value. |
