Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.

The special conditions take precedence over the standard conditions when they are applied.

Standard conditions (individual booking)

  • Up to 3 days before arrival no costs will be charged.
  • Between 3 and 2 days before arrival the 1st night will be charged
  • The day before arrival the first night will be fully charged and the remaining nights will be charged for 50%.
  • If canceled on the day itself, the full reservation will be charged.
  • If the customer does not turn up without notice, the entire reservation will also be charged

Payment of an advance. This amount is, by default, 25% of the total amount of the reservation. From this percentage can be deviated from.
