You are probably looking foraward to a nice holiday, but it can always happen that something unexpected comes up and that you have to cancel your trip.

In case of cancellation from your part, we charge costs, depending on the time of the cancellation, namely the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

Here are the cancellation costs, even if the cancellation is due to coIncidence or force majeure:

• When you cancel your reservation longer than 3 weeks or at least 3 weeks before your arrival, we will pay back the entire amount of the advance (being €400)
• cancellation from the 21st day before arrival: 50% of the total cost of your stay
• in case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: the total cost of your stay

If we find other guests for your booked period, you will get the full amount back, deducting an administrative fee of €25.
