Below you will find the conditions that apply in case of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown must be paid by you.
When booking, 50% of the full sum must be paid by the tenant. The other 50% must be paid 1 month before arrival. At the same time, the deposit must be paid. Cancellation conditions:
The 50% deposit will be retained if the tenant cancels the booking within two months before arrival. If 2 weeks before arrival is canceled, the full amount will be charged. The deposit will be refunded immediately. |
