Free cancellation until 48 hours before the arrival date. For late cancellations after 48 hours before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of the 1st night will be charged.
This policy applies to individual reservations with flexible rates through this website.
It does not apply to special rates like non-refundable, long stay, specific packages, curist rates or any rates of 3rd party websites like online travel agencies and tour operators.

Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled. A one-time change of the travel dates up to 3 days before arrival is possible. The total price of the booking might increase as a result of this change, but it cannot be reduced.

Special group conditions apply for group reservations.
