CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

 Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

ABALONA B&B (rooms):

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking till 3 rooms)

• Less than 5 days before date of arrival: 100%

Special conditions groups  (every booking of 4 rooms or more)

between 14 days and 0 days before arrival: 100%

between 3 months and 14 days before arrival: 50%

between 5 months and 3 months before arrival: 25%

ABALONA FLATS (apartments):

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking of 1 apartment)

• Less than 30 days before date of arrival: 100%

Special conditions groups  (every booking of 2 apartments or more)

between 30 days and 0 days before arrival: 100%

between 2 months and 30 days before arrival: 50%

More than 2 months : 25%

For any no show or early departure, the amount of the initial reservation will be charged in full as compensation and the reservation will be automatically canceled.

ABALONA B&B (rooms)

You can choose from the following options:

*you pay immediately at reservation.

*You provide credit card details as a guarantee. Payment is made on the spot at Check-in. A reservation can be taken on the card.

ABALONA FLATS (flats)

You have the following options:

*You pay immediately at reservation.

*You provide credit card details as a guarantee. 35 days before arrival (for group bookings, immediately after reservation) we will send you an email with a payment link. You then have 2 days to make the payment. If we do not receive payment after sending 2 reminders, the reservation will be cancelled.

DEPOSIT:

Only applicable for ABALONA FLATS (flats)

A security deposit of 300€ is required, which will be cashed by bank transfer, you will be contacted by us after making a reservation. This deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after your departure, provided no inconvenience is caused during your stay or damage is caused to the flat, its equipment and facilities..
