Booking conditions

PAYMENT

At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and authorise the use of your card for any charges made during your stay. We will also charge 50% of your booking total to your card. No booking will be treated as confirmed until we have your 50% deposit paid. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash.

Upon check out all outstanding charges must be paid for in full.
Please note: The card that is booked with, will be charged with the final bill unless specified otherwise at check out.

DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit will be taken from the card provided when a booking is made. We can also accept deposits by cash, paypal or wire transfer.

CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ARRIVALS POLICY

Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before your arrival will be chargeable, this will be the full cost of your booking. Any cancellation made 4-7 days before you arrival date will be charged at 50% of the full cost of your booking. When you book your room we will we will charge 50% of the total booking to your card. Should you cancel your booking more than 7 days in advance this money will be refunded.

Any booking for more than 3 rooms are counted as a group booking and have a 14 day cancellation policy, should any rooms from the group be cancelled within this time the full amount of the booking will be charged to the card.

Any stays shortened or departing earlier than what was booked for will be chargeable, this will be charged at 100% of the nights cancelled.
