Terms:
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking.
Cancellation delay:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before arrival (at 15h00 local Brussels time at least) otherwise the first night (and related breakfast if online booked) will be billed.  Only written cancellations will be considered by the hotel.

SMART rate

Min 2 consecutive nights.

10% discount on Standard rate is already included in the visible SMART rate.

Cleaning plan : 2 nights : no cleaning, 3 nights : cleaning on 2nd day, 4 nights : cleaning on 3rd day, 5 nights : cleaning on 2nd and 4th days, 6 nights : cleaning on 3rd and 5th days.

Cleaning being REFUSED by guest during the stay  = lost cleaning : the management has the right if necessary to replace or not the lost cleaning on another time/day.

Special terms:
The client's credit card details are necessary to qualify for this promotion. No change or cancellation may be made after booking. Upon booking, the client accepts to be charged the full price of the stay, this amount being non refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates of stay.

The 10% maximum discount does not apply to rates lower or equal to €62 per night, city tax not included.

The 10% maximum discount is already included in the visible STANDARD CASH & SLEEP rate.

Cancellation delay:
Full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Guarantee Policy:

Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card at booking time.
