Credit card and identification: At check-in we ask to present an identity card/passport and a credit card for guarantee. Without a credit card we ask for a guarantee of 80 € in cash or Bankcontact/Maestro.
Conditions for individual bookings (excluding parties/events) All reservations are payable when booking. Reservation cannot be modified: no refund will be made (for the entire stay). Flexible booking: cancellation possible up to 1 day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the establishment requires 100% of the total amount of the reservation. Reservations are payable when booking.
Special package conditions: Cancellation possible up to 3 days before arrival (6 p.m.), after which the reservation will be non-refundable and non-modifiable.

| Minors | In order to protect minors, they are authorized to stay at the hotel only accompanied by their parents. |
| Children | Children are free in the room with parents up to 6 years old. We can add an extra bed in the room for an extra €20 (only possible for children up to 15 years old). Subject to availability. A cot is free and subject to availability. |
