Please find here some interesting information before arrival:

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is before 12:00 p.m.

At check-in we ask to present an identity card / passport and a credit card for guarantee. Without a credit card we ask for a guarantee of 80 € in cash or Bancontact.

Breakfast is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.)

Our restaurant is open from 7:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. and for lunch from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Our bar is open until 00:00.

The swimming pool, fitness, sauna and hammam are free for hotel guests.

Open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Free parking.

Free WIFI.

Children are free in the room with parents up to 6 years old. We can add an extra bed in the rooms for an extra 20 € (only possible for children up to 15 years old).

A baby cot is free.

Dogs are only accepted in our comfort rooms (maximum 1 dog per room) for an additional 20 €/night.

As part of the protection of minors, they are allowed to stay at the hotel only accompanied by their parents

Massages are by appointment with our massage center (reservation to be made directly with them: https://salonkee.lu/salon/institut-aquene).

Credit card and identification: Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

 Cancellation : Hereby conditions and cancellation policy. The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.Special conditions are applied to groups and packages. 

1.    Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)(events excluded) 

Non refundable bookings will not be refounded for any reasons (entier stay will be charged)

if cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged

if cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

2.    Special conditions for Company rates: Cancellation without fees possible until 6pm day of Arrival , (local time of the hotel)

 

3.    Special conditions for groups : 

Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%

Between 29 and 8 Days before arrival: 80 %

Between 44 and 30 Days before arrival: 50 %

45 Days before arrival: without charge

            Groups = Every booking of  5 or more rooms

4.    Special conditions for packages: Cancellation free until 14 days before arrival (6 pm), after the booking will be non-refunded, non-changeable.
