Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• If cancelled before the cancellation fee period, no fee will be charged, unless you have booked more than one rooms or your reservation is 10 days and more (see more details below).
  If cancelled or modified later, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• You will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price of the reservation during the cancellation fee period.
• Cancellation fee period is 7 days before arrival date for reservations checking in from April to 9th of June and from 21st September onwards.
• Cancellation fee period is 7 days before arrival date for reservations checking in from 10th of June to 20th of September.
• Children less than two (2) years old are welcome for free in babycot and upon request. Children older than two (2) years old are extra charged with 15 euros per night.
• In case of group reservations (more than one rooms) or long reservations (10 days and more), 30% of the total amount will be charged unrefundable at any time after the reservation for the proper functioning of our establishment.
• Stay Tax (0.5 euros per room per overnight) is not included in the price and is paid directly at the hotel in cash.
