Atempo Residence is a new brand created in 2021.

Our apartments are located in the main business area of Budapest: right beside of Váci út. Just 1 metro stop away from Westend Shopping mall, our location is ideal for people coming to work or for leisure purposes. Being in a very quiet area, near to main office buildings, but also just a few metro stops away from the busy downtown. You can reach the Danube River within 10 minutes walking distance, a great suggestion if you are keen on jogging. A 24/7 fitness centre is right in front of us.

Environmental friendly, every step of our service has been carefully thought to reduce as much as possible our carbon footprints. We have actually initiatives in place to offset our carbon emissions.

At Atempo Residence we offer years of experience in corporate housing and extended stays, so we have serviced our apartments with the basics you are looking for: High speed wifi, Smart TV, Dishwasher, Air-conditioning, Coffee machine and 4-star hotel quality beds and textiles. We have decorated our apartments in way which is simple, smart and elegant.

We are aware that the reservation process matters, we can definitely make it smooth, as well as help with any kind of paperwork needed before or during your stay. If you are an individual traveller, a relocation company or a travel agent at a big corporation, we can promise you something: always listen to your needs, try to meet your expectations, and finally provide you a hustle free booking process and stay.

Booking terms & conditions

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

We do not have reception desk on the spot.

A guest relation center is available every day from 10:00 h until 01:00 h. We love attending our clients and meeting them in person, in case you need us we will be there for you. Just please consider that there is an estimated time of 30-40 minutes for us to arrive.

 Check-in, payment and invoicing is completely contactless and paperless.

HOW THE CHECK-IN PROCESS IS WORKING?

Our staff will get in touch with you 3 days before your arrival. All necessary information and instructions will be sent in an e-mail.

You will be provided with the exact address, the opening codes for the entrance door of the building and the apartment, as well as the instructions for parking access, in case you have booked a parking place.

 

You will be provided with an online check-in form, which can be easily filled out on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Please note that it has to be filled out prior arrival.

PAYMENT

Cash payment is not available. Every reservation must be prepaid by credit card or bank transfer.

A secured online payment system is available on our website.

In case you would like to pay with bank transfer please contact us.

An official invoice will be provided for every transaction. In case you would like to have the invoice on your company’s name, please use the corresponding field during the reservation process or get in touch with us.

Payment must be made prior arrival according the rate conditions.  

WARRANTY

All stays must be warranted with a security deposit by credit card or bank transfer.

A deposit amount is charged on the given credit card, and is released after check-out. Don’t panic, you are doing the same every time that you rent a car. Is not our business to cheat on client’s cards or get advantage of deposits, our business is to accommodate clients and make them feel at home.

Warranty deposit amounts:

For stays between 5 and 20 nights: 200 EUR

For stays over 20 nights or group bookings: you will be fully informed on the reservation moment, in case of any questions or doubts please contact us.

In case you company has an agreement with us, special policies and conditions will apply.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

GENERAL POLICY

Cancellations or modifications made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.

A cancellation, modification or no-show within the 15 days prior arrival will entail:

14 days – 8 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the accommodation and ordered services

7 days – 0 days or no-show: 100% of the total amount of the accommodation and ordered services.

NON REFUNDABLE

For any rate or offer under a non-refundable cancellation policy, the free cancellation or modification is not possible. 100 % of the accommodation and parking will be charged as cancellation fee.
