In case of cancellation, € 5.00 will be charged for administration and transaction costs.

Individuals

When a reservation has been made for one or more individuals (maximum 2 rooms), cancellation of that reservation is subject to the following:

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the effective date, the customer is not obliged to pay the reservation value.

In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the reservation value.

In case of cancellation 3 days or less before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value.

Groups

When a reservation has been made for a group (3 rooms or more) then the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:

In the event of cancellation more than 3 months before the time when the first night's stay will have to be granted under the agreement, to be specified: 'the effective date', the customer is not obliged to pay the resevering value.

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay 50% of the reservation value.

In case of cancellation 1 month or less before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay 100% of the reservation value.

After check-in, the full amount of the booking period will be charged, even if you leave earlier due to circumstances.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to cancel your reservation. We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance including cancellation insurance.
