By making the reservation you fully agree to our terms and conditions (algemene voorwaarden). An English translation will be sent to you by emai on demand. Your reservation will be confirmed automatically as soon as payment has been received.

4.0 Cancellation

4.1 In the event of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the earliest arrival time (16.00 hours) on the intended day of arrival, any amounts paid will be refunded, less administrative and banking fees of 30.00 euros.

4.2 In the event of cancellation less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

4.3 In the event of cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the day of arrival (16.00 hours), no refund will be paid; Smokkelmolen is entitled to retain the full amount as compensation.

4.4 In order to be considered for a refund of any amounts paid as outlined in point 4.1 or 4.2, the B&B must be notified of the cancellation in writing by email.
