If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled within 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of force majeure, whether of a temporary or permanent nature or if he is unable to allow the guests to stay in an appropriate manner, the operator is entitled to dissolve the agreement without the guests being able to claim compensation.
