Here you can check the availbility, the prices and make a reservation with 10% discount.
We offer guests a private room with an ensuite bathroom, access to a common fully equipped kitchen, along with many free extras that you wouldn’t typically find in a hotel.
There are two unique decorated rooms. Guests will be assigned one of these rooms. The rooms overlook either the street or the garden.
When making a booking provide the following information:
- Valid card details. Your card will be charged 2 weeks before check- in.
- Arrival time. Check-in is by appointment.
- Mobile/WhatsApp number
- Bed preference. Twin-or Queen bed

| Cancellation Policy | Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival & NO SHOW - 100% of total amount due. (We strongly recommend to get a personal travel insurance that will provide adequate cover during your stay and will also compensate you if you need to cancel or cannot meet your obligations regarding your booked accommodations). |
| Provide arrival time | Check-in is by appointment only. Provide your estimated arrival time to avoid waiting. There is no 24 hour reception. |
| Payment | 2 weeks before arrival the booking becomes non refundable and the provided credit card will be charged for the full amount. If you prefer to make a bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival, please inform us. |
