• Attention: Low-emission zone Ghent from 01.01.20prior, mandatory registration on www.lez2020.gent for all cars with a foreign license plate under penalty of € 150 fine through an automatic camera system. The hotel disclaims any responsibility.

• We are doing our best to have your room ready ASAP and most likely by 15:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival usually any reserved parking spaces are likely to be available; possible, but not certainly, also your room.

• You must check-in before 23:00 hrs, unless you have contacted us for a special arrangement.

• When you have reserved a parking space, please check-in BEFORE parking.

• Check-out is possible from 07:30 hrs on weekdays and from 08:00 hrs on holidays and during the weekend.

Standard cancellation policy: for reservations "FREE cancellation up to 2 days before the arrival date"

• No deposit will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Special cancellation policy for "Non Refundable" reservations

• The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking and is non-refundable.
• Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 15,00 EUR /room and min. 50 EUR
