Special conditions are applied to groups and packages

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)(events excluded)

• Non refundable bookings will not be refounded for any reasons (entier stay will be charged)
• if cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged
• if cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation without fees possible until 6pm day of Arrival , (local time of the hotel)

*Special conditions for groups

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 29 and 8 Days before arrival: 80 %
• Between 44 and 30 Days before arrival: 50 %
• 45 Days before arrival: without charge

Groups = Every booking of  5 or more rooms

**Special conditions for packages

! Cancellation free until 14 days before arrival (6 pm), after the booking will be non-refunded, non changable.
