Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the best made plans, and so cancellation is possible up to one week before your arrival date.

House Rules

We have several basic ground rules to ensure that all our guests enjoy their stay with us. Please respect them.

• ​ No pets are allowed. Personally, we love dogs, but not everyone feels the same way.
• Smoking is not allowed in public areas or in the rooms, but there’s a great little outdoor garden in the back where you can smoke, if you like.
• The lounge is for the enjoyment of our guests only. Please do not invite non-guests to the lounge.

Practical information

· A day before the expected arrival, we will send you the personal code for the front door and for your room door by email. You can use this code during your entire stay.

· There is no 24-hour reception, but we are always available on +32483277010 to help you with everything you need.

· Please note that breakfast will not be served on 25 December 2019 and 1 January 2020

· Some of the rooms include a bath and toilet that is open and do not have a separate shower. (Please check the pictures.)

· Unfortunately, there is no elevator on the property.
