• In case of cancellation 12 weeks prior to the overnight stay, the hotel guest can cancel free of charge;
• If canceled 8 weeks prior to the overnight stay, 25% of the reserved value will be charged;
• In case of cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the reserved date, 35% of the reserved value will be charged;
• In case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to the reserved date or no-show, the full amount or 100% of the reservation including tourist tax will be charged as a cancellation fee.

This compensation covers the damage caused by the cancellation and also, among other things, the consequences of the missed nights as a result of the reserved date

Group reservation:

• In case of cancellation by groups 12 weeks prior to the overnight stay, the hotel guest can cancel free of charge;
• In case of cancellation by groups 8 weeks prior to the reserved date, 35% of the reserved value will be charged;
• In case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to the reserved date or no-show, the full amount or 100% of the reservation including tourist tax will be charged as a cancellation fee.
