Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first 2 nights

Special conditions (groups*)

• Cancellation policy from 3 rooms (group bookings): - Any cancellation must be 
• confirmed in writing by the customer to Historic Hotels Belgium. 
• • The entire room quota can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days in 
• advance of the arrival of the group. 
• • If the entire room quota is cancelled less than 60 days before the group's 
• arrival, the following provisions will apply: 
• • Cancellation of the entire room quota up to 45 days before arrival: 25% of 
• the total confirmed revenue will be charged. 
• • Cancellation of full room quota up to 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of 
• total confirmed revenue will be charged. 
• • Cancellation of up to 5% of the rooms and/or participants for events is 
• permitted free of charge up to 14 working days before arrival or start of 
• the event – Weekends (from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 9am) and Belgian 
• Bank Holidays are NOT working days
