    • The room title determines your booking.

  • Important to know:

    • An online reservation for day-use is a request, not a confirmed booking.
    • We manually check availability and will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Thank you for your reservation! To ensure a smooth and magical experience, please read our terms carefully.

Important:
  • Reservation Details:
    • Further information will be sent via WhatsApp/Messenger. Please ensure your phone number and country code are correct.
  • Deposit:
    • Confirm your booking by transferring the full room price to:

    • Include your reservation number and send proof of payment via WhatsApp.
  • Remaining Amount:
    • Pay in cash at check-out or via an instant bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
  • If rebooked: You will receive a voucher equal to your deposit.
  • If not rebooked: Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Information:
  • Standard check-in and check-out times do not apply. Extra hours can be booked.
  • Day Use Booking: This is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Availability will be checked manually, and we will contact you within 24 hours via WhatsApp.
