• Until 15 days before day of arrival : no costs;
• Reservations cancelled or modified later, no-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld;

Cancellation fee is equal to cost of 100.00 percent of total stay booked.       This rate is not refundable and not changeable.   A non refundable deposit at the time of booking is required for this rate.
