Booking terms & conditions	Hereby conditions and cancellation policy. The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest. Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied. Main conditions and policy (Individual booking) Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night will be charged. Advance Purchase Rate & Non Refundable Room Only = NON refundable means that the total acconmodation cost will be charge. In case of cancellation or no show there will be no refund. Special conditions (groups) In the event of 03 (three) weeks before arrival date, the guest is obligated to pay 100% of accommodation costs plus any possible reserved group dinners to Exploris Hotels. From 03 (three) months until 03 (three) weeks before arrival date, the guest is obligated to compensate 50% of accommodation costs to Exploris Hotels. Smoking	All rooms and public areas in the entire hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is therefore not allowed. If you do this, an amount of € 175.00 will be charged.

Extinguishing agents	In the event of improper use of extinguishers, the person responsible for this will be charged an amount of at least € 275.00
firealram system	Possible costs (€ 1,500.00) that arise as a result of the fire alarm installation going unwelcome will be recovered from you.
emergency	If you hear the emergency alarm, follow the instructions described on the flight plan in your room. In the event of a false emergency alarm, deliberately caused by a hotel guest, any consequential damage will be recovered from the person concerned.
Alcohol and Drugs	Alcohol abuse, and trade in and use of (soft) drugs are prohibited. Exploris Hotel Utrecht uses a 'zero tolerance' policy.
destruction	Damage to and the misappropriation of hotel furnishings or room inventory will be charged to the causer and jointly and severally liable person
limited liability	We do not accept responsibility for loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or damage to property caused by personal inattention or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Larceny	in the event of theft and/or deliberate destruction we always report this to the police.
