A stay in Hakuna Matata as a group in a formula holiday home is highly recommended. You have the entire house for your family or group of friends alone, without others around.
You always have :
The 3 rooms each with its own bathroom and toilet (10 beds + 2 cots possible). Each room has TV with chromecast, free wifi and fridge with microwave oven)
fully equipped open kitchen, you also provide breakfast and other meals, these are not served by us.
Guest room with sitting area and dining area. These are part of the open kitchen.
Large ZEN garden with swimming pool (heated from April to mid-October), playground with large trampoline
A common toilet next to the 3 toilets in the bathrooms.
There are no other people present except your own family or friends when you rent the entire holiday home.
During the week, outside school holidays, you can also only rent private rooms with use of the common kitchen and living room.
The room layout looks like this:
Chichen Itza room (2p) on the ground floor and accessible, private bathroom with open shower, two single beds.
Rooms Koh Phi Phi (4p) and Tzitzikamma (4p). on the first floor, twice 4 persons, 2 x single bed and bunk bed.
Beds made ensure that you can fully enjoy your pleasant weekend together with family or friends from the moment you arrive.
Oklahoma BBQ corner is available for free. Start-up package with production of wokkels and dry wood is optionally available (10€/session). To be cleaned after each use. or by the owner at 30€
Chill corner
Use of the hot tub with jets and bubbles and barrel sauna during your stay: €30 each or €50 for both per day on top of the rental price. This is optional.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are due in the event of cancellation even if the cancellation is due to coincidence or force majeure. When applied, the special conditions take precedence over the generic ones.

Special conditions for reservations of the holiday home (*)(**):
within 48 hours of reservation: free, unless arrival is less than 1 month later. up to 6 months before arrival: the paid advance applies as a cancellation fee between 6 months and 1 month before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the reservation is due (*) Modification of the rental agreement entails an administration fee of 75€ for the holiday home. We advise every tenant to take out a sufficiently covering cancellation insurance, which can also be useful for other trips. (**) Reservation of the holiday home is confirmed with a rental agreement that will be sent to you by email. |
