Cancellation Policy

1 - For the rate STANDARD (PAY LATER – B&B)

No deposit will be charged but the hotel, to guarantee you reservation, has the right to pre-authorize your credit card.

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

2- For the rates:
NON REFUNDABLE (PAY NOW – B&B)
NON REFUNDABLE (PAY NOW – ROOM ONLY)
CONVENTION BOCCONI & HOSPITAL  (PAY NOW – B&B)
Under 30 (Pay Now - Room Only)

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Internet

Internet Wi-Fi or ADSL free.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 20 / 25 per day.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is not included in the price, it’s 4 Euros per person per night, it will be paid in the hotel (except the rate in convention with Bocconi & Hospital, it includes the tourist tax).

BREAKFAST

The breakfast buffet (hot drinks, croissant, juice, water, jam, butter, yogurt, fruits, rusks, cereals) is served from 07:45 to 09:45 am, it’s included in the price (except the rate NON REFUNDABLE ROOM ONLY doesn’t include it)
