Terms and conditions The amounts and percentages of the conditions below are to be paid by customers in the event of cancellation. 1) Individual reservations Less than 48 hrs. before arrival date: 1st night 2) Group reservations (from 6 rooms) Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% By cancellation we mean the total cancellation of the group. For changes in the number of rooms not exceeding 30% of the group's total, the same conditions as for individual customers apply, namely: free of charge up to 48 hours before booking and 100% from 48 hours. |

| General conditions of sale | Application domain The terms and conditions apply to all reservation requests. Reservation and payment contract The reservation contract is concluded immediately and exclusively between the person wishing to make the reservation (host) and our hotel. The price of the hotel room confirmed by our hotel, including any additional services, must be paid by the host in cash or credit card. Conditions for cancellations or changes For individuals: For individuals: The cancellation request is possible up to 2 days before the date of arrival, the hotel does not charge any fees. In case of cancellation or late modification or no-show, the hotel charges 100% of the amount of the first night. For groups: Cancellation up to 31 days before booking: no charge Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the reservation: 30% of the total amount Cancellation between 14 days and 8 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount Cancellation between 7 days and 2 days before the reservation: 80% of the total amount Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% of the total amount By cancellation we mean the total cancellation of the group. For changes in the number of rooms not exceeding 30% of the total of the group, the same conditions as for individual clients are applied, namely: free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation and 100% from 48 hours (except for reasons exceptional). Arrival time / Departure time You are invited to come to our reception at the earliest at the time indicated below. On arrival, a valid identity document will be required and this in accordance with Art. 56, al. 1 and 2 of the LRDBH of the State of Geneva. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room at the latest at the time indicated below. The invoicing of an additional night may result from failure to comply with this departure deadline. Arrival time (from): 14:00 Departure deadline: 11:00 Possibility of departure after 11 a.m. depending on availability and at an additional cost Tax / Price The prices are displayed including VAT. All our prices include the tourist tax as well as the "Geneva Transport Card" which can be withdrawn on arrival. Data protection Respect for your privacy has top priority with our hotel. We constantly strive to guarantee you maximum data protection and security. The personal data entered in the context of the reservation (such as for example your name, your e-mail address, etc.) are recorded by our hotel and used for the correct processing of your reservation.
