·        The room price is excluding city tax. During the booking process you can see the price including the city tax at Total price from Step 2. At the confirmation the price including city tax is indicated. In 2022 this will be 6,43% of the room rate + €3 per person per night.

·         Check in to our hotel is possible when at least one person per room is 18 years or older.

·        Children until 2 years old can stay for free in the room when using a baby bed or the existing bedding. Children 3 years and older need their own bed in the room.

·        When you book a Non-Refundable rate, it is not possible to cancel or to change your booking.

·        When you book the Standard Rate with credit card guarantee, you can pay on arrival in the hotel. Accepted payment forms are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. The credit card provided at the time of booking must be presented at check in and must match the credit card of the guest staying at the hotel. If this is not possible, or if this does not match, the check in may be refused.

·        Hotel Levell does not accept cash payments.

·        Special conditions may apply for groups of 6 rooms or more. We will contact you via email with the payment and cancellation conditions.

·        If you book with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, our privacy statement and our house rules. You can find this online on our website.

Please find below the conditions for cancellations.

For reservations made with our hotel directly:

·        If you have booked the Standard Rate, and wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform us of this no later than 14:00 two days prior to arrival. After this period (or in case of No-show on the date of arrival) we will charge the full cost of the reservation (on the credit card provided) and the reservation will be cancelled.

·        If you have made a reservation with the Non-Refundable rate, cancelling or changing is no longer possible. In this case (or in case of No-show on the date of arrival), the entire amount will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled, and there will be no refund of costs already paid.

For reservations made with a travel agency or bookings website:
