Hotel Panoramic is situated in the centre of Bagnères de Luchon, opposite the church and in walking distance from the main street Allées d' Etigny. Luchon is located in the heart of the french Pyrenees and is surrounded by the famous cols of the Tour de France.
There are 3 categories of rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, television (with english spoken channels), telephone, safe-deposit and a free Wifi connection. Dependent on the choosen category you will have more or less luxury and comfort. All rooms also have a small refrigerator and hairdryer and some of them have a magnificent view over the Pyrenees.
A delicious and elaborate breakfast buffet make a perfect start to a pleasant and active day. (11,00 EUR per person extra). To know what is happening in the world you can read the local or internationale press daily provided in the lobby.
During summer, you can go hiking in the mountains, doing cycling, mountainbiking or motorriding or you can do kayak or canyoning. And why not make a parapente flight over Luchon and the hotel ?
During winter season Luchon proposes its 2 skiresorts. Superbagnères , 10 minutes away by cable car, or Peyragudes at 10 kms drive.
Finally, hotel Panoramic has a private secure carpark for cars and motorbikes, a locked storeroom for bikes and skis or other sportsmaterial.

ENGLISH VERSION GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE Article 1: General Provisions Article 2: Capacity Article 3: Booking terms – Deposit Article 4: Methods of payment At the end of the stay, any deposit will be deducted from the final invoice covering the period initially booked. Sales invoices are payable at Reception before the client’s departure. Except in the case of any prior agreement, extension of payment time beyond check-out is not offered. Charges for extras such as laundry, drinks, telephone calls, “taxe de sejour” (tourism tax) provided to clients must be settled before departure. If payment has not been made, an invoice will be sent to the client and the client undertakes to make immediate payment upon receipt. For accommodation and extras, the Hotel Panoramic accepts payment cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), cash excluding €100, €200 and €500 notes, and “cheques vacances ANCV”. Personal cheques or postal orders are not accepted in payment. For payment of deposits, the hotel accepts payment cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), “cheques vacances ANCV” and bank transfers. In the case of a transfer from a foreign bank, transaction costs are to be borne in full by the client. The Hotel Panoramic offers a secure online reservation system at www.hotelpanoramic.fr Article 5: Availability of rooms Article 6: Cancellation conditions for reservations made direct with the hotel In the case of change to or cancellation of a reservation, the following conditions will apply (except in the case of force majeure): Payments for reservations on promotional rates are not refundable in the case of cancellation or modification (see Art. 14). For reservations made through our partners’ websites, cancellation must be made via the site on which the booking was made. The cancellation conditions for such bookings may be different from those which apply to reservations made directly with the Hotel Panoramic. No-show: If the client does not arrive at the hotel by the time detailed earlier in these conditions, without having previously notified the hotel of their late arrival, this constitutes a cancellation or no-show. No shows – bookings made and not cancelled – will be invoiced at the rate for the total stay booked. Curtailment of the stay : The hotel may retain any deposit paid and claim payment from the client up to the value of the total loss suffered, including damages and interest. Article 7: Force Majeure Article 8: The Hotel and general practicalities For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are not admitted to the hotel premises. The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Guests are not permitted to take sports equipment into the bedrooms. Parking: The client is responsible for items left in their car. The hotel bears no responsibility in the case of theft or vandalism. The client undertakes to use the room in an appropriate, respectful and sober manner. Any behaviour prejudicial to good order, atmosphere and standing in the hotel may result in the management requiring the client to leave the establishment without any refund or allowance should any payment already have been made by the client. Article 9: Relocation Article 10: Complaints - Médiation du Tourisme et Voyage Any complaint must be sent to the Hotel Panoramic - 6 avenue Carnot - F-31110 Bagnères de Luchon - France by recorded delivery within 15 days of the end of the relevant stay at the hotel. Article 11: Data Protection In accordance with French Law 78-17, known as Data Processing and Freedoms, customers are advised that their reservation is recorded in a computer database. Its administrators have the right of access to and correction of the data held at the head office: SARL Dovan – Hotel Panoramic 6 avenue Carnot 31110 Bagneres de Luchon. This data remains confidential and is not released to third parties. Hotel Panoramic offers wireless internet access. The Client agrees that computer resources provided will not be used in any way for reproduction, representation, making available or communicating to the public any works or objects protected by a Copyright, associated rights, such as texts, photographs, audio-visual material, software and video games, without the authorisation of the owners of the rights as specified in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code The Hotel Panoramic uses a video surveillance system Article 12: Responsibilities The customer will be liable for any damage or vandalism occurring as a result of their occupation of the premises and/or others of their party and/or staff for which the customer is responsible, whether fixtures and fittings, decoration or property belonging or not belonging to the hotel. In this situation the Hotel Panoramic has the right to ask the client to leave the establishment without compensation and without refund for the stay in progress, and to require reimbursement for the cost of damages caused by such acts.
