I have 20 unique rooms and 1 apartment. People might say I'm a hotel or a hostel, but to be honest I am just a great place to sleep, drink, eat and meet.

My café is the place to be for local beers, breakfast, lunch, coffee to go, pastries.

I have a theater for your event.

Hello I'm the Cancellation Policy

Below you'll find the conditions in force for cancellation. Amounts and percentages are to be paid by you. You can cancel by phone, email or the cancellation form on the booking engine.

Non Refundable rate
The guest will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Pay at Arrival rate
The guest can cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the commencement date.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement date, the guest has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I'm Local.

Groups (=every booking with 5 people or more but not the boutique hostel exclusive)
Reservation can be changed up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled or changed 7 days or less before the commencement date, the guest has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I'm Local.

Whole Boutique Hostel Exclusive
If cancelled 30 days or less before the commencement date, the guest has to pay 50% of the reservation value to Hello I'm Local.
If cancelled 14 days or less before the commencement date, the guest has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I'm Local.
A 50% deposit needs to be made to secure your booking.

Renting the boutique hostel exclusively? I require a deposit to secure your booking of 50% of the reservation value.
