Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made later and no-shows will be charged at 100 per cent of the price of all nights!

Special cancellation conditions must be taken into account for trade fairs: 

Cancellations made up to six months before the event will be charged 100 per cent cancellation fees!

For sports events (e.g. triathlon): 

In case of cancellation up to six months before the event, 100 % cancellation fees will be charged!
