This total price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), kitchen linen, damage insurance, booking costs and final cleaning. Any optional extras are also included in the total price. Bath towels are to be brought by yourself or can be rented at 6 euro/set and per person.

We ask for an advance payment of at least 15%. This must be paid within 2 weeks after making the booking. It can also be paid later after consultation with the owner.

The calculated amount (excluding advance) plus a deposit of 200 euros must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival.

Non-payment automatically results in cancellation of the booking.

Additional costs for extremely high energy and/or water consumption may be charged. Please inquire with the owner about this. These will be determined and paid on the spot or by mutual agreement deducted from the deposit.

In this accommodation you can stay with a maximum of 10 persons and 1 pet. The number of persons may be exceeded with 2 babies. Please ask the house owner about the available facilities for babies or if you wish to bring more pets.

The organisation of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is forbidden!

Special cancellation policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date. The full amount paid will be refunded via the originally used payment method
• Between 21 and 8 Day (s): 50.00 % of the total cost plus the deposit will be refunded
• Between 7 and 0 Day (s): Only the deposit will be refunded.
