To confirm your booking, we require either your credit card details or an advance payment of 25% of the rent. The remainder of the rent is to be paid no later than 7 days prior to the arrival date. | Good agreements make good friends. We would like to give you and our future guests a pleasant stay. | 1. Smoking in the house makes harmful substances remain in the air inside and the smell creeps into the furniture, curtains and clothes of our guests. Therefore we kindly ask you not to smoke in the house. If you still want to smoke, you can do so in the garden. 2. For the same reason and also for fire safety reasons, we ask that you do not deep-fry in our holiday home. 2. It is not allowed to use the holiday home for organising student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties. For this purpose we will gladly help you with addresses of suitable locations in the vicinity. 3. The minimum age for booking our holiday home is 21 years. 4. We want to make it pleasant for you and also for our neighbours. Therefore we ask you to avoid noise between 22h and 7h. 5. Hygiene is important to us and we would like to welcome people with allergies. That is why pets are not allowed in our holiday home. 6. We ask you to leave the holiday home tidy on the day of departure so that we can prepare it for the next guests. |
