  • All reservations made via www.kingkool.nl are non-refundable.

  • There is a city tax surcharge of €5.35 pp/pn to be paid at check-in. It is not included in the displayed prices. 
  •  No guest shall be permitted to stay without full payment for their booking.
  •  Guests should be aware of the hostels check in times (15.00pm - 22.00pm). KingKool retains the right to deny entry of a guest when arriving outside of the check in hours.
  •  All bookings are made for a room type and the allocation of this is up to KingKool.
  •  KingKool reserves the right to cancel or deny any booking.
  •  KingKool reserves the right to charge a guests' debit or credit card / withhold the guest deposit for any damage incurred during their stay, damages may pertain to the room, hostel or for missing property, with the inclusion of specialist cleaning costs.
