BEachhouse is a completely new builded bed & breakfast in Oostduinkerke / Koksijde at the belgian coast. Since the original drawings of the building, we spend a lot of attention on safety, comfort and cosiness for our guests. all our rooms have a private bathroom, TV, minibar, free WIFI-internet connection, Senseo coffee machine... B&B Beachhouse is ideally located at the border of the dunes, 5 minutes from the northsea beach and 10 minutes from the highway E40. This E40 highway gives you a fast connection to the eurotunnel in Calais (25 min.), pitoresque Brugge (30 min.), gent (55 min.) and the capital from belgium and europe: Brussel (75 min.). At arrival we welcome you personnaly and brief you the regional highlights which might interest you. this to make your stay unforgetable and let you be overwhelmed what this beautiful location has to offer...

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

  • Annulation till 4 weeks before arrivaldate: 25€
  • Annulation till 14 days before arrival date: 25% of the total reservation amount, with a minimum amount 40€
  • Annulation till 7 days before arrival date: 40% of the total reservation amount, with a minimum amount 50€.
  • Annulation till 48 hours before arrival date: 50% of the total reservation amount, with a minimum amount of the first night.
  • less than 48 hours before arrival date: 100% of the reservation amount.

No-show or shortning of the reservation result in charging the complete reservation.

Special conditions (groups*)

  • Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
  • Between 21 and 8 Days before arrival: 50 %
  • More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25,00 EUR
