Cancellation by fax or email: * more than 48 hours before arrival date: no fee * Between 48 hours and 24 hours of arrival date: 50 % of total * As from 24 hours before arrival date or no show: 100 % of total * Long stay reservations: payment is done day before check in per month? It is not refundable when cancelled or changed. * A reservation without a confirmed late arrival will be reserved until 6 PM on the day of arrival. * Check in is guaranteed as from 3 PM. * Check out at the latest at 11 AM. |
