Cancellation conditions

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Any cancellation must be notified to the landlord by e-mail. An advance of 25% remains definitively acquired for the landlord, by way of compensation. This compensation is increased to:
  • 50% of the price of the stay if the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the start of the stay;
  • 75% of the price of the stay if the cancellation occurs between 14 and 8 days before the start of the stay;
  • 100% of the price of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the start of the stay or if the tenant does not agree at all offers.

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours after the start date stated in the contract:
  • the contract expires by operation of law,
  • the advance is acquired for the landlord who reserves the right to claim the balance from the tenant,
  • the landlord can dispose of his property again.
The premature departure of the tenant, regardless of the reason, cannot give rise to a refund of the rent, not even partial.
