Please take note of our cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions for a reservation for 1 or 2  rooms:

  • Please note that you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival.
  • In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the first night.

Cancellation conditions for a reservation of 3 rooms or more:

  • You can cancel your entire reservation free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival.
  • If you cancel up to 14 days before your arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount if we cannot resell the cancelled rooms.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, we will charge you 100% of the total amount if we are unable to resell the cancelled rooms.

Cancellation conditions for a reservation of the Christmas or New Year's Eve package:

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival.
  • If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, we will charge you 100% of the total amount.

In the case of a postponement outside the free cancellation period, the cancellation conditions listed above also apply.

We strongly advise you to consider taking a travel insurance policy.
