Conditions for individual reservations:

Standard rate:

Hotel Callecanes reserves the duty and the right to not charge any fees for cancellations up to 4 days before the arrival date. For cancellations after this period or in the case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable:

At the time of booking, the total amount of your reservation will be charged.

Conditions for group reservations from 7 rooms:

Cancellation and reduction of participants for events, groups, and services

• Up to 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation or part of it can be canceled free of charge.

• Between 8 and 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, up to 40% of the number of participants and the corresponding reserved services can be canceled free of charge. For any additional cancellations, the contractual price will be charged. This cancellation exemption or reduction cannot be combined with other cancellation conditions.

• Between 6 and 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, up to 10% of the number of participants and the corresponding reserved services can be canceled free of charge. For any additional cancellations, the contractual price will be charged. This exemption or reduction also cannot be combined with other cancellation conditions.

• For cancellations less than 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the costs for the canceled number of participants or services will be charged.
