Arrival is from 3.00 pm. in the Castle Room category & the Grand-Ducal Suite.  

Arrival is from 1.00 pm. in Superior Room & Executive Suite (free early arrival).
Departure for 11.00 am. 

Late departure until 1.00 pm. available for Castle Room (+50€ fee)

Departure Grand Ducal-Suite is no later than 1.00 pm (free late departure) 

NUXE® Spa

Open every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, NOT included in the overnight stay: 60,00€ per person per day/night stay.
Massages & treatments are available from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Pre-booking mandatory
SPA is available from 12 years old.

Outdoor pool

Open from May 1st  to October 31st, heated (27c°) & accessible from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.
This space does not require a reservation. Free service for all our residents.

Restaurant & Bar

Our restaurant welcomes you every day from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Reservation required.

Parking

Free parking, including 5 charging stations for electric vehicles.

Parking does not require a reservation

Booking Guarantee

All reservations must be confirmed by credit card or prepayment.

An unsecured reservation will be canceled at 6.00 pm on the day of arrival.

Guarantee during your stay:

Upon arrival, 100.00€ per night & per room will be reserved on your credit card or by cash in order to charge your expenses to your room account during your stay. This amount will be released at the check-out process if you don’t have a room charge.

Pets in the room:

Pets are allowed in the room (Standard Castle room Category only)  for an extra charge of 25€ per pet, per night. They are not allowed at the restaurants and the spa.

Methods of payment accepted:

If you wish to pay by credit card, please present it upon arrival at the castle. Cards accepted are Mastercard & Maestro, Visa & V-Pay, Amex, and Apple Pay.  Cash, Prepayment by bank transfer(before arrival date).

Please note that your identity card with a recent photo will be requested upon arrival (Luxembourg legislation).
