Down payment conditions

1. When booking an apartment more than 30 days before arrival the total amount of the reservation need to be received within 14 days after booking.

2. When booking an apartment less than 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival the total amount of the reservation need to be received 14 days before arrival.

3. When booking an apartment less than 7 days before arrival, you can pay at arrival in cash or with bankcard.

When we have received the payment for your reservation your reservation will be confirmed.

If we do not receive the payment, we are entitled to cancel the reservation.

Free cancellation is possible until 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

-If canceled more than 14 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.

-If canceled more than 10 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged.

-If canceled more than 7 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged.

-If canceled more than 3 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 40% of the total amount will be charged.

-If canceled more than 1 day before arrival a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount will be charged.

-If canceled on the day of arrival or in case of no show the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
