De Kleppe is a former monastery in the Flemish Ardennes. It has been restructured into four holiday residences accessible (A+) for groups and families from 4 to 57 persons. There are two accommodations for groups: one for 28 guests one for 15 guests. There are also two smaller holiday homes for maximum 8 people. All residences have their private kitchen and living room. The four residences share a large and beautiful garden. This makes De Kleppe an ideal place for a group or family holiday.

Booking conditions - Ultimately fourteen (14) days after completing the reservation the user must pay 40% of the total price as a deposit. The advance payment must be transferred to the bank account of De Kleppe (IBAN: IBAN: BE62 0019 4057 8461 - BIC: GEBABEBB) with reference to the booking number. Ultimately seven (7) days prior to the start of the stay or the activity the complete amount (inclusive any cleaning costs, catering cost and activities) must be paid. - Ultimately one (1) week prior to the start of the stay a damage deposit must be paid. If the user fails to make this payment the booking of the holiday will be cancelled. The amount of the damage deposit is € 500 for the “Grote Kleppe”, € 300 for the “Kleine Kleppe”, € 100 for “Minikleppe 1” and € 100 for “Minikleppe 2”. The deposit must be transferred to the bank account of DE KLEPPE, with reference to the Booking number. At the end of he stay in the selected holiday home the additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Cancellation policy - When cancelling the stay or the activity more than six (6) months prior to arrival 80 % of the deposit will be refunded. - When cancelling within a period of 6 months up to thirty (30) days before the start of the stay or the activity the User loses the complete deposit - When cancelling within 30 days before the start of the stay or the activity the User will be obliged to pay the remaining amount of the Booking, with deduction of the deposit paid in advance. When cancelling the activities the total price will still be charged. The User will receive an invoice for this amount, which will have to be paid 3 days prior to the start of the booked stay, unless a different term of payment is stipulated. |
