Booking terms & conditions

Payment:

  • Individual Booking: There is no deposit required, on the property we accept the following forms of payment;Cash, direct debit card and credit cards (Visa / Master)

  • Group Booking: 15% deposit required at booking, the balance no later than two weeks before the start of the rental period to be paid, quoting your booking number.

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

  • If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival , no fee will be chared.
  • if cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be chared.
  • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be chared.

  • Request an Option? through our request form.
  • Payments are also your cancellationcosts, in case your stay here at `De Nieuwe Tijd´ for some reason can not find any passage or breaks down prematurely. The customer must therefore possibly take out cancellation insurance.
