Cancellation Policy: - From 1 to 4 room nights: rooms can be cancelled up 48 hours prior to day of arrival without cancellation fee (1st night). - From 5 to 7 room nights: rooms can be cancelled up 7 days prior to day of arrival without cancellation fee (1st night). - As from 8 room nights: a pro forma invoice will be made for 50% of all the room rates. This invoice has to be paid to guarantee the reservation. Please keep in mind that this pro forma invoice is non refundable in case of a cancellation. Your reservation can be cancelled at least 7 days prior to day of arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of the other 50% of all the room rates. - Non Refundable Rate: discounted and reduced rates require pre-payment for the entire stay and therefore, do not permit cancellations or modifications to be made to the booking. |
