Any reservation for the Aquatel Hotel* (unless otherwise stated, non-refundable) can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival. After this period, the total amount of the first night will be payable by the customer. Cancellation of stay for our Gites - 'Gîte de la Tour'; 'Village du Caillou' - can be canceled free of charge up to 1 month before the arrival date. Our pleasure yachts can be canceled up to 8 weeks before the date of arrival, administration fees will be requested in the event of cancellation (€150.00). Dinant Evasion Accommodation reserves the right to debit this amount from the customer's credit card in the event of a no-show. |
