Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night

Special conditions (groups*)

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%

• Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50 %

• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25EUR

(*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms

Special cancellation conditions for the cabins;

the following amounts will be paid by the client

a) if canceled up to 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fee is required;

b) if cancellation between 21 days and 1 day prior to arrival, 50% booking amount;

c) If canceled from 1 day until the date of arrival, 90% of the booking amount;

d) in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking amount.
